I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in dec/jan for the rest of the term which is until end of December 2012. (10-11) months. I'm looking to move bc I got a job in the city and the commute is long. The train station is on 8 minutes away by car. And rutgers is only 5 minutes away. This place is down the road from the football stadium.
It's a 4 bedroom house with 2.5 bathrooms. You would have a personal bathroom attached to your bedroom. The room has 2 closets and is pretty spacious. The other people in the house are 3 full time working guys who are easy to get along with. The rent is 600 and utilities are on a shared basis. Security deposit is required. I'm looking for someone to take over around December or January and would require you to sign the lease for the term you will be there. Approval of your financial status is required by the land lord.
